"Study of a French Quarter Gas Lamp" Print

$50.00

8×10 print of original, with certificate of authenticity*

I grew up in South Louisiana and have deep connections to New Orleans. The terrorist attack that took place on New Years Day horrified me. I’ve walked that exact spot on Bourbon countless times. I’ve been there for the NYE fleur-de-lis drop. I see myself, my family, my friends in the faces of those that were senselessly killed and they have echoed in my mind since. My husband suggested I paint something as therapy and this gas lamp study came to life. It’s a feature of the French Quarter that I’ve always particularly loved.

I’ve chosen to donate all proceeds in the sale of this original painting, and any prints, to One Love Louisiana Foundation, to support the victims and families impacted by the New Year’s Day French Quarter terrorist attack.

Please join me in supporting those affected by this senseless tragedy. Donations to this foundation will help those families in need by providing aid and assistance for:
Funeral Expenses - Hospital & Medical Bills - Ongoing Care & Support for Orphans and Families Affected - Recovery & Rehabilitation Costs - Counseling Services - Other Necessary Expenses

Together, let’s “Love One Louisiana.”

*This color-rich, fine art reproduction print was created from a digital capturing of the original artwork and printed using archival, colorfast, pigment-based UV inks. The inks are durable and fade resisitant under normal indoor and environmental conditions.

This print was matched to the original artwork in a collaborative effort between the artist and the reproduction company to create a print that faithfully captures the essence of the original. Certificate of Authenticity included.
